In this paper, the author addresses the question, 'How does reframing volunteer to disciple impact and revitalize the teaching ministry of the church?' A set of guiding questions was designed to lead teachers to plan class experiences. The guiding questions were pre-tested, interviews were conducted, and the guiding questions were refined. A teacher used the guiding questions to create and lead an adult class. The resulting class was observed and evaluated. Follow-up interviews evaluated the guiding questions in diverse settings.
