Still Waters includes people born in North America, Brazil, China, El Salvador, France, Germany, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Vietnam, and Taiwan. This project focuses on five effective church planters and the contextualization of their ministries based on an awareness of the implications of the incarnation of Christ. The conclusions of this project report are based on qualitative research that focused primarily on an interview process. Through the use of Merriam's Constant Comparative Method, primary themes emerged that are reported in a case study format. The paper seeks to suggest ways in which New Charges can offer communities of faith that can become places where people may find companionship, purpose and faith.
