These constructs then informed the development of a culturally sensitive evangelization process.  The ethnographic interview method itself emerged as the process of choice in the course of doing the project. Research focused on an examination of past training and interviews of 120 persons, including laity, clergy, missionaries and administrators. The research led to the development of three training modules: 'communication styles,' 'the vision and ministry of CBHMS,' and 'building a support team'.
