It examines the influence of job needs/values on individuals by considering four work groups in a Midwest electric utility. Ideal job needs/values are compared to the present job needs/values to see what workers wanted from their ideal job.  These needs/values are correlated with the morale of these individuals and with unobtrusive measures of morale. Specific personal values and job needs/values are determined to be dominant.  Certain needs are descriptive and are met in the participants' present jobs.  Yet, these are not the needs that these individuals want their ideal job to fulfill. The program's premise is that antisocial behavior correlates with inappropriate or lack of appropriate socialization, ie, poor sense of self, irresponsibility, and insensitivity toward others.  The project designs programs to develop socialization skills and accountability.  A fourfold greater recidivism is noted in the control group which is comprised of those who are dropped for nonparticipation than in the treated group which consists of those who graduate.  The project presents six representative case studies. Research into the biblical, historical, and theological roots of the sacrament led to the development of a theological framework which featured the primary aspects of remembrance, proclamation, participation, and thanksgiving.  This research also contributed to the planning of a study series, sermon series, and worship series which involved the congregation of First United Methodist Church, Moweaqua, Illinois, in a consideration of the sacrament's place in their faith experience.  Involvement in the project by this congregation led to a broader understanding of the sacrament, an enhanced experience of it, and a willingness to commune more frequently. Results were compared with satisfactions and stresses reported by generalized ministers and secular psychotherapists.  A stratified random sampling of 200 pastoral counselors was mailed questionnaires divided into backgrouind information and three rating scales on satisfaction and stress.  Results showed pastoral counselors significantly more satisfied in their counseling ministry and personal life than those in generalized ministry.  Job involvement and concept of call held less satisfaction for pastoral counselors than generalized ministers.  Therapeutic work was most satisfying when pastoral counselors could learn and grow while being helpful to others. The stress of working with disturbed people, emotional depletion, and organizational politics contributed to making their practice frustrating and discouraging. Conflict is conceptualized as a process moving toward actualization of social entities when the conflict is properly managed and toward disintegration when the conflict is poorly managed or unmanaged.  This conceptualization is developed theologically, biblically, historically, and sociologically. Pre- and post-assessments measured participants' cognitive learnings. The five workshops dealt with group decision-making dynamics and alternatives, issues facing the aged, and options for care.  Objectives were to contribute material beneficial to the participants.  Goals were to educate participants on the issues of the aging, care options, and a process of ethical decision-making.
