Through this project, the candidate recruited, trained, and coordinated five teams of senior members in providing spiritual services in four community older adult residential facilities.  The thirteen participating senior believers ministering to other seniors overcame common challenges older adults face and found a renewed passion for service. It stems from generations of Confucianism infusing culture and idolizing this image as mature and dignified for aging adults.  With the expansion of human life span where four generation families are no longer a novelty, there could soon be families with more people expecting to be served than available hands to serve. I enlisted a group of older adults for an eight-session ministry experience who learned about missions, evangelism, prayerwalking, and Pima culture then served as missionaries thorugh an evangelistic event. The stated goal of the project was to include church members with impaired mobility, and nursing home residents unable to attend local fellowships, as ministry participants in a weekly visitation program. Surveys employed to measure the effectiveness of the project's development and implementation provided statistical insight into the effectiveness and feasibility of such an endeavor. Through the implementation of the program, some of the elderly's accumulated unmet needs were satisfied by their enjoyment of the programmed activities. They learned how to take care of their friends by praying for, calling, and listening to each other. Outcomes sought active participation, self-reliance, and personal responsibility.
