Development involved assimilating the information to be taught and utilizing a teaching method which would help the participants remember and appropriate the knowledge later.  Implementation included five two-hour sessions using word models which were defined, illustrated and supported by Scripture.  High retention of the information proved this method to be an effective means of helping people remember.
