I establish a seminar for worship servants. This method of generalized minstry reproducibility has produced sterile and ineffective churches that function in a way that is more similar to secular organizations that respond to industry trend rhat than rooted in the New Testament, reflecting the community of the Body of Christ.  The solution this situation is ministry reformation.  This project leads a church through a phase of minstry reformation as they discover their minstry purpose and identity through a shared leadership approach. Therefore, the focus of this project is to establish mentoring relationships to help get young people involved, especially in leadership roles where they can contribute to the church. The small group leaders who have served for over 4 years have experienced fatigues and burnouts.  Prior to this project, the church did not have a process to help recovering fatigued leaders.  In response to this specific need, the candidate developed and implemented a training program that included lecture, mentoring, practice of various spiritual disciplines, sharing of experiences, and positive encouragement and feedback from peers to help the small group leaders to recover from fatigues and burnouts.  This program prepared the leaders to serve the Lord with renewed strength and spiritual vigor. In the course of 3 months, participants and the candidate learned skills and attitudes to spirituality stay fresh and strong by seeking intimacy with the Lord through exercising various spiritual disciplines. The spproaches used in this project will train pastors in the application of biblical based strategies, taken from Luke 5:1-11, guiding these pastors in community interview, leading to strategic relationships, and providing them with tools to effectively tap into untouched and undiscovered evangelistic opportunities. This project was designed to put into practice the uniqueness Baptists claim for the priesthood of all believers.  If all Christians are priests, then there should be no distinctions between the clergy and laity.  The aim of this project was to 'empower' the laity for intentional ministry in the church. Twenty-six people were enlisted for this project.  Seven were participants in the ministry training and supervision.  Of these seven, three constituted the experiment group and four constituted the control group. The control group was trained but not supervised.  The experiment group was supervised for five months after training.  The remaining people served as evaluators and support group systems. Those who were both trained and supervised became more effective in ministry than those who were trained but not supervised. In a six hour seminar and four weekly meetings the staff was introduced to the theory of situational leadership developed by Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard.  The author administered a pretest and posttest, to the staff and to a control group. Statistics from the tests indicated an increased leadership effectiveness in the experimental group and no change in the control group. This hypothesis was investigated using a group of eleven lay leaders who are responsible for the management of church committees and organizations.  The project group identified their spiritual gifts and their normal leadership styles.  The author conducted objective and subjective tests of the group's leadership performance level before and after the project.  He used the descriptive survey method to analyze and evaluate the group's performance.  The project group's leadership performance of eight normal leadership tasks increased 12 percent due to the training.  Objective application of new leadership skills also increased the participants' efficiency.
