When there is a lack in technical aspect and the connection among space, time, and role is lacking, worship becomes hindered.  The purpose of this project is to train worship servants, in  order to understand the worship spirituality of a worship servant and the spirituality of a worship community that serves together and serve for effective ministry of worship.  I establish a seminar for worship servants. Well prepared joint worship services and ministries could be implemented to bridge the gaps. Joint worship services with different interpretation methodologies were tested and two joint ministries were conducted. Interviews and questionnaires were used as evaluation mechanisms. Joint worship services could be able to achieve the purpose in conjunction with effective joint ministries. A daily devotional journal related to each Sunday's teaching was given to participants. Sunday's theme and message centered on a truth about worship and were reinforced in small group studies. Praise is defined as the demonstrative expression of adoration to God for God and his acts in history.  The project identified the biblical, theological and historical bases for expanding praise in worship.  Various elements of worship through which praise is offered are identified.  Changes in the expectations of congregants are analyzed by comparing three questionnaires completed at different times during the project period. The research was done through the examination of books which have been written on the subject. An exegetical study of certain selected biblical passages dealing with the matter of the praise of God was also included in the research.  The amount of knowledge concerning the subject was determined by the use of a pre-test and post-test designed by the author.  A series of eleven sermons were preached in order to increase the knowledge of the church members. He sees worship as activity placing ultimate value on Jesus Christ, expressed as education, celebration, and demonstration. His program of inspiration, education, and implementation attempted to increase family worship activity in fifteen parish families.  Of forty-nine participating families, eighteen registered a substantial increase in home worship activity.
