The intent of this project is to develop a framework that creates a community, whereby the heart and subsequent actions of the leader create a culture in which covenant is likely to develop.  The author's hypothesis is that key leader behaviors model a culture of covenant.  These behaviors were defined and prepared as a survey pre-test amongst Coastlands Executive Team members. Many churched men and women are unaware of the foundational principles for life together revealed in Genesis.  Biblical teaching on women's roles is given significant attention. Resolution on this issue is necessary if men and women are to glorify and enjoy God together as God intended from the beginning.  Interviews, surveys, and evaluations from various presentations provided direction for a final teaching presentation. Handouts, PowerPoint slides, and full scripts are included.
