The fast growth of churches in this country has demonstrated the need for training senior and executive pastors. There are currently no programs to prepare church administrators in Ukraine. The purpose of this thesis is to develop and test the beginning of a graduate program entitled 'Masters of Church Administration.' May this work motivate Ukranian pastors to build a good team of leaders for their church or for any other non-profit ministry! The author looks at the role of a supervisory chaplain and considers how a supervisory chaplain can use his position to assist subordinate chaplains in homiletical mentoring. The thesis begins with a look at those born between the years of 1980 and 2002. In this study the author considers their worldview. This thesis also researches mentoring and its use within the chaplain's context. In order to answer this question, the following topics will be researched in order to determine which of the major economic systems best adheres to the biblical material: stewardship, freedom, work, justice, mercy and the economic systems.  The goal of this thesis project is to create a seminar on the Christian worldview of economics that can be used to educate Christians about biblical economic principles and to survey Christians about their worldview of economics in relation to the marketplace.  I expect the seminar to help Christians make a stronger connection of their faith to work. The seminar was designed for Heartist Ministries, which is my own para-church worldview training and apologetics ministry, but it can also be easily adapted for a church Sunday School curriculum or formatted for an at home small group Bible Study program. Key persons probed are Sarah Pierrepont Edwards, Gilbert Tennent, George Whitefield, and Jonathan Edwards. They are analyzed through the lens of psychological type. Sarah Pierrepont Edwards is seens as extroverted, sensing, feeling, and judging type. Gilbert Tennent fell in the category of extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and perceiving type. George Whitefield was observed to be extroverted, sensing, feeling, and perceiving type. This study explores aspects of Caribbean immigrant identity and Caribbean Christian thinking. Using exegesis of Peter's first letter, written to persons he describes as 'aliens' and 'strangers,' and using interviews and questionnaires, the study seeks to develop a perspective for preachers who will minister to 'diasporic Caribbean Christians.' Its aim is to help Jordanian Christian couples who have marital conflicts, because of the intervention of the husband's family of origin (especially his mother), to reach a better marital life. In Jordanian culture, parents demand their son's obedience and expect that their daughterinlaw will serve them. These two issues create conflicts among marital couples and affect their marital life negatively. Throughout therapy couples can change their negative beliefs into positive ones and understand the biblical truth concerning their marriages without hurting cultural truth.
