A manual was developed showing the relationship between success in attracting people into fellowship with a congregation and some forms of nonverbal communication, such as nonverbal messages and nonspeech messages.  The manual was subjected to evaluation by the Commission on Evangelism and Renewal for the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina and revised according to their recommendations.
