Through discussion of the offices of Christ, it intends to define the structure of church pastoral ministry in terms of the concept of Incarnational Pastoral Ministry.  Chapter 1 discusses the theology of the Incarnational Pastoral Ministry.  Chapter 2 is divided into 'Ministry into the World,' 'Ministry of Revelation' and 'Reconciliation,' and 'Ministry of Judgment and Grace.' Chapter 3 provides a practical discussion of this threefold mediation of Christ.
