The project integrates the work of the administrative board, executive committee, committee on nominations and personnel, and worship committee of a United Methodist congregation as each analyzes issues and seeks solutions to lack of leaders. Often unfocused and poorly run, meetings can become an opportunity for ministry by effectively using members' time, energy, and talents by introducing methods of efficiency, developing a mission statement, and providing an atmosphere where faith and mission can be nurtured and understood through Scripture and personal stories.
