The project trained leaders to lead the church in the process of assimilating newcomers, involving them in twelve training sessions, three sermons, and a newcomer fellowship program. Once there, if warmly welcomed, they will complete a visitor registration card whereby prospect information can be obtained.  The method of study used was a combination of observation, numerical comparisons, and surveys.
