A nine week course was developed utilizing pre and post questionnaires. The arguments against creeds and confessions in the 19th century and the purpose of creeds as understood throughout the church's history were presented. This project shifts focus from catechesis for liturgy to liturgy as catechesis.  The project report describes the relationship between liturgy and catechesis and develops a process for planning a program of catechesis through liturgy including suggestions for recruiting and maintaining volunteers.  Lesson plans and theological content are given for a course to train liturgical catechists. The sacraments of eucharist and reconciliation help advance adults to maturity in faith. As models for their children, adults employ formational and informational methods of catechesis.
