The project model develops a method of biblical study that allows the lay person to engage his secular counterpart with the gospel, while at the same time enriching his own theological understanding of the Christian faith.  It results in the creation of a home Bible study that provides the believer with material that engages the unbeliever with the saving claims to Christ.    The project analyzes the biblical teachings of Jesus concerning discipleship as evangelism, studies the influence of Charles G. The method includes a review of evangelism theologies, the church growth movement, mission and pluralism issues, and the Book of Common Prayer.  Finally, a critique is conducted using the 'diakonia,' 'koinonia,' and 'kerygma' functions of parish ministry.
