The neglect of faith formation with children in the home is widespread among Christian parents.  The research question asked was, 'if Christian parents are equipped by their minister for leading their children in family worship, will they become more confident, competent, and committed as their children's spiritual leaders?' He offered five descriptors for beauty: Fitness, Durability, Motion, Force, and Metaphor. Thru the utilization of the individual evaluation tools of surveys and interviews this study identified eight ways of increasing committee effectiveness through developing a greater cohesiveness within Vickrey's committee structure and nine ways of avoiding committee ineffectiveness by limiting many of Vickrey's current dysfunctional The author randomly surveyed all twelve districts of the North Carolina Annual Conference and found that mentoring was desperately needed. Research validated and affirmed that mentoring was not available in any formal structure for ministers beyond ordination. A real case study with a mentoring team, practical helps, resources and personal stories were included. Increasingly, bishops have assigned priest as pastors to multiple parishes. This project studied the current shift in pastoral care given and pastoral care received that affects the ministers and their faith communities. The project engaged these pastors from the Diocese of Madison in a reflective consultation process on the phenomenon of pastoring multiple parishes using theological reflection. The model evolved from the real life situation of the Savannah Grove Baptist Church of Effingham, South Carolina. It shows how a congregation diseased with the virus of chaos, conflict and controversy over many years moved to become a semblance of spiritual resourcefulness, a center of health where congregants demonstrate maturity and contribute to healing and wholeness. The project shows that this happened via a Christ-centered model wherein the total congregation became involved in the leadership of the church.
