The project involved extensive research on how to equip parents to train their children in the spiritual disciplines.  From the research the project director designed a curriculum to equip the parents to train their children selected disciplines.  An eight-week parenting workshop was conducted utilizing the curriculum in order to equip the parents. The first goal was to develop an instrument which would determine if a select group of parents were meeting the spiritual needs of their children.  The second goal was to develop a structured program which would enable parents to meet the spiritual needs of their children.  The third goal was to enlist and train ten to twelve people who would commit to meeting the spiritual needs of their developing children.  Ten people completed the course of study to help equip them to nurture their children's faith.
