The project director developed eight Sunday school best practices from a survey for the '2012 Georgia's Fastest Growing Sunday Schools.'  The project director developed the survey results into a training curriculum and enlisted and trained a group of adult Sunday school leaders in a workshop held over four weeks. During the third phase, associational leaders adopted the new strategy to empower Greater Orlando Baptist Association churches to train believers who think and live as missionaries. In the eight-week test period 43 persons were divided into five groups of different age spans, plus one group disregarding age concerns. The project consisted of three phases, including training of facilitators, activities to change the attitude and understanding, and the development of the purpose statement and goals.  The project results were mixed.  A strong document stating the purpose and goals of the Sunday School was developed.
