The desired result was to equip those field mentors who have been trained in the principles of ministry supervision to resolve conflict between themselves and the student interns they supervise. The program involved twelve hours of training in both theoretical models and practical application. Program design resources included materials from secular supervision, seminary field education, and clinical pastoral education programs.  Evaluation materials included a job satisfaction questionnaire administered as a pretest and posttest, and an intern evaluation of supervision questionnaire.
