The project director led a team of selected church members to develop a strategy for making disciples. Both the results of the research and the proposed strategy were evaluated by experts. Vernon Baptist Church, West Monroe, Louisiana, to adopt an unengaged, unreached people group (UUPG). The components of the project included researching the field of missions as it relates to UUPGs, developing a seminar to train the selected members of MVBC to adopt a UUPG, and equipping the selected members of MVBC to adopt a UUPG. Experts were enlisted to help establish a standard for both research and seminar component quality. The project director's professional goals included increasing the project director's knowledge of adopting UUPGs and skills in instructional theory and curriculum design. The process of implementation in regard to this project was to present the developed strategy to the Directors of Missions from Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery associations as well as the Director of the office of Collegiate and Student Ministries from the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions. The rejection of approval of this project by the Directors of Missions and the Director of the office of Collegiate and Student Ministries will not determine the success of the project. The goal of this project is to develop and present a strategy. The project director studies the worldview of the millennial generation in order to determine receptivity to varying approaches to personal evangelism. In addition, the project director researched the field of chronological Bible storying in order to identify essential themes relevant to personal evangelism training among millennials. He used that information to develop and conduct a workshop aimed at training the selected leaders in personal evangelism by using aspects of chronological Bible storying. The workshop addressed attitudes, experiences, and barriers regarding personal evangelism, the basics of the millennial worldview, the importance of Bible storying, essential themes of the Bible, and personal engagement skills.
