The strategy was designed to be implemented through an on-campus Student Leadership Club and required the recruiting and enlisting of Christian students and adults committed to winning students to faith in Christ.  A prototype team was assembled to test the plan's effectiveness.  A group of students and local Christian business mentors was also enlisted in a mentoring program. The project consisted of nine sessions.  The session topics were: pretest and introduction, evangelism in the early church, videos on evangelism, personal evangelism and role-playing, the role of the holy Spirit in evangelism, worldwide evangelism, simplicity of the message, persecution to be expected, and post-test and evaluation.  The comparison between scores of the pretest and post-test revealed a 45 percent improvement.
