It sought to combine relevant interpretation and accurate exposition of scripture with creative communication to bring life to the sermon.  The report uses both traditional and creative approaches to the message.  The comparative methodology involved a test group which responded to both types of sermons.  When the feedback was summarized, the project hypothesis was confirmed. The project sought to test the relationship between accountability groups devoted to the practice of classical spiritual disciplines and the development of a supportive community within the group.  It sought to determine the relationship between involvement within the group and involvement in the church at large. Methodology included the formation of two groups and testing of ministry involvement before and after the experience.  Results were mixed regarding the relationship between group involvement and leadership development.
