The author trained five leaders in his congregation to include God in the conversation of regular meetings by using a specific ministry team worship practice rooted in the corporate worship act of commissioning. The aim was to create a model of intergenerational worship. The project was grounded in scripture, informed by the Reformed tradition, and guided by the historical witness of the Church catholic. The project included educational opportunities that interpreted this model of worship followed by four model worship services. This experience was evaluated through congregational surveys and personal interviews. The author conducted a survey of Lutheran congregations in central Florida to test the theory that worship helps in the Sunday bulletin increases the comprehension of participants in the service.
