The researcher used a qualitative heuristic research model to identify historical, theological, sociological, psychological, and educational bases for successful integration of Hispanic children into a parish school. Research into the process of Indochinese migration into Australia also is included.  A survey was conducted among churches in Sydney to discover the distinctive elements of Chinese evangelism.  A training program was developed based on the findings. This program was tested and retested. Chapter two compares the Uniting Church in Australia and the Korean Church in Korea.  Chapter three presents a servant church model.  Chapter four describes the structure and future plans of the Korean migrant church. A historical analysis of the past twenty years revealed the rapid growth of Korean immigrants in America.  Such rapid growth caused extreme cultural shock and severe family crisis within the traditional Korean family system.
