Caring is a challenging task and a very rewarding task. This project produces a comprehensive manual that provides compassionate care to the end of life patients and families of Chinese ethnic origin and Christian faith.  There are different sections for families how to plan for the end of life and take care of their own health. Worksheets with assigned passages and questions were distributed and returned for pre-training assignments, in-training homework, and concluding with a post-training project. The pre- and post-training worksheets were compared to determine the trainee's understanding and application of the principles. The project augmented the author's seminar Discover Your Ministry ID. The ministry of the whole people of God according to their God-given design, ministry role, and purpose was explored, along with examining Christian volunteer culture. Implementation included data-gathering, training workshops, and an appreciation banquet for volunteers. The project report sets the proposed handbook in its historical, biblical, and organizational contexts, reflecting documentary research, biblical exegesis, and interviews with PBT veterans and representatives from other translation agencies.
