The significance of the book of Revelation, especially Revelation 12 and 13, is presented as the theme book for developing a strong biblical foundation. Based on her study, this researcher recommends a stronger integration of biblical theology and missiology in order to establish a biblical foundation for spiritual warfare. In addition, this research suggests a need of a leadership or mission conference for the development of leaders in cross-cultural contexts. Specialization often controls the curriculum in Bible colleges and seminaries.  The apostle Paul was a missionary; he labored in a missionary context; he was 'doing mission' as he wrote his epistles. This major project explores the integration of these missiological realities with the theological in a Bible college course on the Book of Romans. The preaching ministry is gifted by Jesus to accomplish three main goals: 1) works of service, 2) unity in the faith, and 3) knowledge of the Son of God (Eph 4:11-13). Though these Koreans have been living as Soviets under the old Soviet socialist system, their ethnic identity had been challenged since the October Revolution of 1917.  Now, after the independence of Uzbekistan in 1991, they face once more a crisis in their political and ethnic situation. Due to these circumstances, the identity of Uzbekistan Koreans has gone through changes and become assimilated into the environment. This research presents, in detail, the process of transformation of the ethnic identity of Koreans who were participants in particular historic circumstances of Uzbekistan. The research will analyze from a missiological point of view the significance of  the preservation of and the change in ethnic identity of a minority in a multi-ethnic nation, and suggests a model of mission strategy to Koreans in Uzbekistan based on that analysis. After carefully defining a theology of expository preaching, this project utilized the gifts and abilities of seven evangelical pastors to each preach twice, and then critically evaluate and comment on the messages of the other six, over a six month time frame. It was primarily accomplished over the internet. It hypothesizes that orchestrating covenant relationships produce a benefit to a small group's relational health by restraining both harmful cultural values and weak human nature that dissuades people from nurturing resilient bonds. To promote the acceptance of covenant-making, a three-step process includes assessment, instruction and training, and implementation for a facilitator to follow based upon exegetical and theological proofs supported by supplemental sociology research. The assessment step was applied to a local church's small group program and evaluated. Five church missions teams were used to gather data to identify the greatest challenges churches face in missions ministry. These challenges include developing accountability with missionaries, mobilizing and involving the congregation, developing a strategic, proactive approach to missions, qualifying and developing potential missionaries and encouraging financial support.
