A biblical and theological framework is constructed.  A review of stewardship literature notes the pledge and free-will methods utilized by different churches.  Insights applicable to the church setting are also gleaned from fund-raising literature. This condemnation is not based on contexual factors, but on God's impartial character and universal concern for justice for all mankind. Six themes were chosen: remembrance, proclamation, fellowship, self-examination, expectation, and thanksgiving. The celebration of these themes in worship was intended to be for the edification and inspiration of the worshipper. An evaluation form was used to determine (on a scale of 1-10) the result of the worship service to an individual's life. 'The developmental stage' deals with a third ongoing ministry to help new parents develop parenting skills.
