Cathedral in Jamaica, NY. The data triangulation method included surveys, a forum, and autobiographical narrative story telling. The findings included a congregation that needed to be mindful of the dire plight of males in their community as well as a call to assist them. A seven-week stimulus was implemented.  It included an orientation, seven classes, four sermons, a mentoring component, and a graduation ceremony.  Quantitative and qualitative analysis instruments-- pre-test/post-test and interviews-- showed a statistically significant increase in the sample population's participation in church activities and knowledge of church terms. The T.P.M. was a 24-week intervention program divided into 6-week modules. Each module was used to nurture the physical, psychological, and spiritual development of African American males, at the University Community Christian Church, located at 2171 Avondale Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. The Linear Analytic Model included: role play, group discussion, lectures, direct observation, prayer, and scripture.
