Thirteen parents (eleven women and two men) considered developmental and child-rearing models, researched their findings and reflected personal experience within a supportive atmosphere.  The result of their interaction was a cyclical, sensitizing process which could have transferable applications within other contexts. This program affirmed a process that enables intentional strategies to involve adults in spiritual formation.
