The project exposes church members to six sermons discussing stress-related issues within a biblical paradigm that offers points of vicarious involvement. Through these points of identification individuals are challenged to reexamine their pasts, assess offenses committed, and resolve them through confession. This project developed a seminary empowerment ministry to provide seminary students with encouragement, prayer, rest, meditation, self-care and social gatherings.  The objective was realized and a supportive community resulted.  Quantitative measurements showed that seminary students and support staff were empowered through their shared experiences.
