After four child-friendly worship services, qualitative research using phenomenological interviewing of ten children and ten adults helped assess not only remembered worship but what worship meant. Foundational research supported the importance of using blessing-based spiritual nurture with children in preparation for worship and during worship if they are to value it for themselves. A pre-survey indicated that the participants had little prior exposure to worship instruction.  Journal writing by the participants indicated excitement when expressing feelings about worship.  Post survey and test results revealed that the project was successful in providing a higher level of consciousness and awareness for the relevance of music in worship that will ultimately transcend generations. A group of project associates and I designed a ten lesson course in worship, 'The Wings of Worship.'  It was taught in the church school for ten weeks and in the informal setting of a home for four weeks. Process thought and personal experience become the tools to affirm the sacredness of the human body as a holy, valuing presence.  This ministerial project includes an initial workshop designed to enhance individuals' appreciation of their biological, psychological and religious aspects in relation to their total environment.  One instrument assesses body appreciation before the workshop, another afterwards. Although no change can be demonstrated, a high degree of participant satisfaction emerges.  The document details both theology and methods. A worship-centered, sickle cell pain intervention support group was developed, implemented and evaluated for six weeks.  Subjects were their won control group.  Using a 0-10 Numeric Pain Inventory Scale (NPIS) subjects measured personal pre- and post-intervention pain levels.  Analysis of NPIS data on both first and last visits showed subjects' pain levels significantly reduced following interventions.  Summary and analysis of patients' comments corroborated and strengthened the analytical results.
