The author explored the implications of missional ecclesiology for leadership and the connection between leadership and imagination.  The author formed and led a six-month group for lay leadership development in which participants considered claims of missional ecclesiology vis-a-vis the congregation's context. The thesis of this paper is that Bowen theory can be a valuable formational resource to pastors for growing in the ability to minister faithfully in the face of the intense anxiety manifesting in congregations. The seminar met one day each month for eight months. This paper offers a theological foundation for pastoral formation, an introduction to the essential elements of Bowen theory, and draws correlations between theology and the theory. The paper includes a description of the curriculum components and learning methodologies used in the seminar. However, church should be able to play a role as the field of unity and not of conflict. In order for this to happen, transition of how you and I perceive each other should first take place. Just as Christ took the form of a man, we need courage of the incarnation to be humble before we expect anyone else to be. Also, rather than indiscreetly misunderstanding the intention of others or judging them with a preconceived notion, we need determination to see them as individuals different from me. The author created a formal clergy mentoring program consisting of eleven dyads. He recruited the participants, commenced program training, and conducted feedback using written forms and interviews. The clergy mentoring program sufficiently demonstrated the value of clergy mentoring. Eight of the eleven mentoring relationships successfully brought about fruit within the mentees and their ministry settings. The study was evaluated through participation, observation, and study that helped the author conclude that people benefit from a deeper understanding and greater education of others in community. It is dynamic, collaborative, multilingual, and accessible to individuals with disabilities, and it enhances the organization's gifts/resources, ability to provide holistic counseling, discipleship, sharing of best practices, and ability to organize community action. In order to rehabilitate the church and to help all the members of the church to grow to the fullness of Christ, we have to fight against a lot of difficulties. We need a ministry essence and steady ministry philosophy which our Lord has taught us if we want to go through all the spiritual fights. Rather than following the trends, but to hold on to the essence would make out a good result. The responsibility of a minister is not to stay in an honored place, but to serve church members to let them perform their own parts well. God always pays attention to one person, trains him (her) and achieves his work through the person. As a result, the author proposes a protocol of things that a pastor or church leader can do before, during, and after a crisis in order for the church to be a witness and maintain the integrity of its voice in the media spotlight during times of crisis.
