The author also used and exercise of sharing the church's story as a timeline of events to create space for storytelling to happen. While each church responded differently to the idea of this exercise, it was beneficial in each church to see how storytelling created community. The question is how the church can support members to be more comfortable in their sharing of faith in view of the impact of the secularity in society. The research consisted of conversations between the author and the board members of Mission Covenant Church of Vänersborg, Sweden. The research can be concluded in the discovery of bad spiritual confidence among the members and the lack of spiritual pathways to maturity. These models could be useful in energizing existing churches to participate in planting new churches. Limiting the focus to post 1979 starts, research was a combination of historical, quantitative and qualitative reviews augmented through interviews with pastors and laity possessing specific knowledge of individual church stories. Two potential models were examined: Elijah (2 Kings 2) for closing/merging and Antioch (Acts 13:1-4) for sending out. The author was managing editor for Joint Publication 1-05 'Religious affairs in joint operations,' November 2009 and followed Department of Defense standards for developing and publishing Joint doctrine. The author researched biblical models of leadership transition and interviewed clergy for their input in creating this tool. A draft of this transition tool was used by two congregations during their respective transitions in clergy leadership. As happiness had been experienced while seeking wholeness, so I came to develop a program of recovering the image of God using the process. Based on a model of seven dimensions of Clinebell, ten practical methods of promoting the holistic growth were ironed out. These models are easy to use for everyone because they are related to loving God and one's neighbors. 'Gae chuck sok hui' (planting class meeting) begins with one leader who forms his own class meeting. Touching on etymological, biblical and church theological influences, Hwa Cheon First Church was the subject of research. In the practical part, I would like to suggest and practice diaconia ministry by renewing all areas of ministry.
