Prior work in this field has not taken into account the research that has been undertaken regarding employee commitment/satisfaction in the disciplines of organizational management.  The hypothesis tested in this product seeks to confirm, in the context of the local church, such research. After one year, questionnaires were answered by those who stayed and left after attending for a while.  Visitors who had been involved in their former church were anxious to be involved in this
