While there exist many churches throughout Honduras, the pastoral leadership of many evangelical churches is made of men who have limited pastoral training. With this as an assumption, research toward this dissertation has been done to study evangelical pastors in Honduras. Research has also looked at both the cultural background of the audience as well as central religious beliefs which exist in Honduras. To answer the question, How can expatriate missionaries enhance the pastoral ministries of evangelical church leaders in Honduras? This dissertation presents both a study of the audience and a look at practical implications for the expatriate missionary."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Western Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["910240dd-6bfb-49cb-ab06-1b8de036aac8"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791132914753208320,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:10:58.070Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T12:01:29Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:58:59Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"6703f84c-1da0-464c-9974-e5be0fef2141","accessControl_ssim":["c4258871-57fc-4204-a95c-e59644757808"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Sociocultural strategies of indigenous evangelism and church building among preindustrial people groups"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T12:01:28Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T01:08:34Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["01b6f35a-272f-4a8f-82db-253e8ecfd25b"],"hasLease_ssim":["62c786de-c990-4242-a72b-65a9e6fd634d"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Western Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Mikel Neumann"],"year_tesim":["2002"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["D Bruce Fivecoat"],"publisher_tesim":["Western Seminary (Portland, OR)"],"subject_tesim":["Christianity and culture","Developing countries","Missions--Theory","Missions"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["People everywhere are creatures of their culture.
