The assessment of the project included the administration of both a pre-test and a post-test questionnaire. The goal with the highest results revealed an increased awareness of listening as an active form of communication. Increased awareness as to the role active listening plays in achieving successful outcomes was also noted. The most prominent finding of the project showed the desire of participants to be equipped to serve in ministry. Various relational, experiential and intellectual elements engaged the participants in an equipping environment. The five-week program was taught to over twenty leaders using prescribed materials. Pre- and post-program questionnaires were administered to assess spiritual health. The questionnaires measured the participant's awareness of the Holy Spirit's presence, time given to spiritual development, value attributed to congregational worship, involvement in lay-supported ministry, and the value they attributed to Christian fellowship. Responses showed some improvement in each of these areas. Eleven participants met for twelve weeks.  A pre- and post-test questionnaire measured the effectiveness of their ability to minister healing.  Evaluation of the data showed the participants learned the healing paradigm.
