The project included quantitative and qualitative pre-test, post-test design that assessed knowledge relating to participants' Christian identity.  The pre-test assessment showed participants had limited knowledge in the project's goals, along with little trust of a small group experience. The project curriculum was designed for the participants to identify root causes of woundedness, enhance their grandparenting skills, explore how they view themselves in their relationship with God and experience some measure of inner healing.  The most prominent results were how our increased awareness of our relationship with God affects our self-image.  Additionally intergenerational wounds affect parenting skillsandchild bonding. I accomplished this based on my own experiences of healing prayer and counseling and the research I did. The resource was then evaluated by a panel of ten experienced healing experts to determine how well the resource met its stated nine goals. The design of the project included the administration of a survey to ministry practitioners working in contexts that had achieved the numerical threshold of multicultural ministry. The results of this survey revealed that most churches who have already become multiracial have taken both intentional and relational steps toward achieving that ideal. The most prominent finding of the project showed the desire of participants to be equipped to serve in ministry. Various relational, experiential and intellectual elements engaged the participants in an equipping environment. I used 5 point Likert scale questionnaires to glean information from 29 participants: 10 pastors and 19 ministers, to determine what ministers and pastors believed about training for prophets. Pastors and ministers strongly agreed that education and training for people with the gift of prophecy are important. Pastors agreed that they would likely recommend training and ministers agreed that they would attend a program for training.
