A survey offering ideals evaluated how well pastors yielded to God within their ministry vocations. Demographics provided insight into detailed kenotic inclination. As a result, pastors showed areas of resistance and embrace of kenosis. Demographics illustrated kenosis highly among female clergy and deacons. Length of time in ministry reflected an ebb and flow. The resource described bioethical mediation as a new form of healthcare ministry that helps to resolve misunderstandings, issues, and conflicts among and between healthcare professionals, patients, and family members. The resource was evaluated by ten experts. The results of the study provided evidence that understanding biblical marriage and small groups had an impact on the participants' understanding of God's biblical view of marriage. The community found in small groups helped to successfully impact the participants' views of marriage, which were validated through the data. The content focus of the curriculum was on core longings (the blessings of God) and emotional healing. At the conclusion of the nine week curriculum, the participants completed a post assessment questionnaire to measure their increased understanding and awareness of core longings. The focus of the project was for participants to learn how to incorporate transparency into their daily lives through various teachings, practicing accountability, communicating true feelings, developing a deeper intimacy with God, and experiencing formational prayer. The author assessed the goals by using a rating scale. Data indicated that transparency was impacted significantly. The design of this study was a phenomenological mixed methods approach. It was determined from the research data that the essence of a call to ministry is a personal and supernatural encounter with the Holy that results in the authorization of, commitment to, and empowerment for a divine commission. As a result, participants indicated high-level knowledge of computers, and average to minimal knowledge and use of information resources via today's technology. Participants completed a quantitative pre-test and quantitative post-test, including qualitative questions. The results of the study indicated that the Healing Care Groups Curriculum had a positive impact on the spiritual renewal of the participants.
