The project included six weekly reflections of participants' personal faith stories and completion of a pre-test and post-test questionnaire. The design of the project included the administration of a survey to ministry practitioners working in contexts that had achieved the numerical threshold of multicultural ministry. The results of this survey revealed that most churches who have already become multiracial have taken both intentional and relational steps toward achieving that ideal. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was distributed to 188 people, then collected, collated and analyzed. I used 5 point Likert scale questionnaires to glean information from 29 participants: 10 pastors and 19 ministers, to determine what ministers and pastors believed about training for prophets. Pastors and ministers strongly agreed that education and training for people with the gift of prophecy are important. Pastors agreed that they would likely recommend training and ministers agreed that they would attend a program for training. The data revealed that the participants disagreed with the suggestions that were offered on the 5-point Likert scale as to why the Black churches were not involved in social activism. The Prepare-Enrich Group Program was implemented over a six week course and effectiveness of the purpose was measured using participant assessments that were administered previous to the program start and after the course was complete. The program clearly impacted the participating couples, primarily in the areas of self-awareness, conflict resolution, and increased satisfaction. The project was intended to effect the spiritual, emotional, mental, and behavioral well-being of its participants as individuals and spouses. The participants assessed the project's impact using a pre-test and post-test questionnaire based on the Likert scale model. Results indicate that participants were impacted relative to each project goal. The online questionnaire invited Christian African American women to respond to questions about themselves, internal and external to the workplace, and their challenges. The results discovered that the challenges faced are not unique to Christian African American women, but are relevant to all African American women.
