Providing both theological and contextual support for the project, the author describes the educational objectives that he developed for the project participants and for himself. Detailing the four seminar sessions, the four sermons, and the hospitality practicum, the author then describes the results of the project. Participants' knowledge of hospitality increased. The strategy utilized a qualitive research method and included revisions to the new member class and the recruiting and training of shepherd's partners, who helped new members through the initial phase of assimilation in the following areas: completion of the new member class, development of relationships, engagement in ministry opportunities, and receiving information that fosters their spiritual growth. The objective was to establish an  evangelistic model of deep discussions, reflection sessions, as a relevant contextual model for planting churches to reach the people in Myanmar. The research and evaluations that motivated this evangelistic call were conducted through seminar questionnaires and response forms. The project director researched worship planning and theology and wrote a seven week curriculum designed to teach about biblical worship and worship planning.  He taught it to nine people.  Effectiveness was measured using pre-tests, post-tests, class evaluations, worship service evaluations by an outside expert, focus groups, journal, and a follow-up interview. Six presentations and small-group seminars were utilized studying biblical, theological, and denominational sources.  The project was evaluated for inreased individual awareness of church mission, group evaluation purpose, and group program planning to support mission.  This report's conclusios indicate that objectives for a large number of participants were not met. The church leadership team is strengthened when a strategic transition plan is implemented that allows the senior pastor to 'leave well' and the church to progress even after his departure. The project director worked with the church leadership team to effectuate such a plan. It identified and addressed the strategic and practical issues created by the senior pastor's transition. The project report addresses causes of misunderstandings between churches and pastors toward academia in the historic, multi-ethnic, socio-economic, and cultural context of Moldova.  The project involved participation by a select group of Russian-speaking students at CTE in seminars where these problems were identified and analyzed. These leaders participated in an opportunity to learn and implement a strategy for leading their congregations in the development of an environment of grace and reconciliation based upon the principles of the New Testament book of Philemon.
