In 1970 the Prescott Foursquare Church was discouraged and had a ruined reputation. It is today the head of a movement (The Christian Fellowship Ministries) with over two thousand churches. Key discoveries were crisis evangelism, empowered discipleship, and focused church planting. This produced a local church with dignity and authority for world evangelism. Focus groups with ten open ended questions were used to elicit the data.  The study begins with a demographic overview of the major Hispanic groups represented in Chicago (Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban and Guatemalan).  The biblical review focuses on the principles of church planting modeled by Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Peter and Paul.  The literature review investigates church planting from a Hispanic perspective. The mixed methods research approach was utilized, revealing realistic expectations, a stewardship plan, leadership development plan, and planter peer group all assisted a church transition. Successful churches evangelized adults aged 19-30 and had at least 100 people in attendance by year three. They recognized developed organizational systems and implemented a stewardship development plan that created a culture of giving that became apparent by year three. A qualitative study was conducted using grounded theory. Interviews with church planting experts, church planters, and an online survey were the primary data sources. The online survey helped triangulate the data and provided a quantitative element to the research. This research found that relational connectedness was critical to people hearing, connecting, and staying in a new church. The goal was to develop recommendations for recruiting and mobilizing among millennials for ministry to Muslims. Missiological and generational literature review determined the nature, scope and methodology for inspiring and mobilizing millennials for this specific ministry. Subsequently a survey and interview questions for person-to-person interviews, phone discussions and e-mail correspondence with millennials were produced. Results demonstrated specific preferences, strengths and weaknesses among millennials regarding ministry to Muslims.
