The author proposed to study the Eucharistic themes that are relevant to the life of the Filipino youth. He also suggested embracing a posture of humility in facilitating the seminar. Through ethnographic study, research of church traditions and teaching, the author engaged the operative theologies of local people in critical correlation with the heritage of the US Black Church and Catholic tradition. By examining the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy and several other liturgical documents with regard to the assembly and the presider's role, the project identifies a number of attitudes and skills needed for presiding effectively within the liturgical assembly.
