A ministry of spiritual direction and covenantal, accountable discipleship encourages such discernment, and an ethical critique of the resulting practice fosters consciousness of variables that influence choices and determine the practice of ministry. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the success of the Discipleship program and consider what needs to be changed and continued. The project design includes both an experimental and an analytical mode.  The procedures used in evaluating include a survey as well as personal interviews. The research indicates that the Discipleship program is successful.
