The project studies four groups within congregational life.  Intervention is primarily in the form of a workshop-seminar for officers and other laity of the church.  The project uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.  One hundred one persons responded to the test instrument.  Several variables serve as means for comparing data with standard analyses. New Testament leadership values are described.  The change in Session responsibilities from John Calvin to the present are reviewed.  The rationale for using Carver's model is explained.  Steps taken to implement the model are documented.
