The project studies four groups within congregational life.  Intervention is primarily in the form of a workshop-seminar for officers and other laity of the church.  The project uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.  One hundred one persons responded to the test instrument.  Several variables serve as means for comparing data with standard analyses. Internal and external issues are discussed as well as the necessary type of ministry.
