Using Everett Roger's attributes of innovations in a series of focus groups and semi-guided interviews, this study explores the theology and best practices of an Anglo church experiencing growth through integrated Hispanic ministry. A survey of Hispanic ministry models is offered highlighting the integrated model. The researcher conducted a phenomenological study to determine the effects of a twelve-week training on time management as a practice of discernment. With-God Time Management included training in discernment, time management best practices, as well as utilization of Sabbath and leisure. The goal of the project was to demonstrate a model of followup which would provide believers with nurture and support.  Two towns were targeted for a structured followup program in which new converts were discipled by a trained worker.  The towns indicated enough potential for improvement to warrant employment of a full-time followup worker. The author began with a biblical apologetic for numerical growth. Then he analyzed five theological-spiritual and ten sociological factors that could enhance growth.  The author investigated four urban, neighborhood churches in accordance with the above factors, through questionnaires, statistical and historical records, and personal observation. This thesis examines the biblical validity of mentoring and andragogy, and assesses the effect of a self-study, andragogical mentoring course, written by the researcher, on the mentoring commitment and competency of Australian Baptist church leaders. Forty leaders, including seventeen pastors, completed the course and were tested both before and after the course for their mentoring ability (commitment, knowledge and skills).
