Attitude change was determined through the use of a questionnaire that was administered prior to and following the delivery of four sermons.  A comparison of the scores indicated the attitudes of the congregation did not change.  There was evidence that the attitudes of some members did change. Biblical materials in the study highlight God's solidarity with the poor and oppressed.
