multi-site structures for kingdom growth. Could a multi-site approach enable Episcopal parishes to start new communities of faith? Multi-site structures, defines as one church in multiple locations, have strong biblical and ecclesiological support. Several examples can be found in Anglican history, and the canons fully support this approach. Five parishes were found to have implemented multi-sites in suburban contexts. Their experience was explored and documented as a qualitative multiple case study. Their multi-site approaches proved successful. The structure of prayer agreement supported by godly character and accountability has created an 'open heaven' atmosphere in his local church empowering truth to penetrate and transform multitudes. Three areas are identified as contributing to stasis and decline; a shift in vision and values, the personality traits of pastoral leadership, and connection with the surrounding community. Three sets of diagnostic tools were used; the Transforming Church Index, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the FIRO-B Profile, Ministry Area Profile and Compass Report. These factors transcend qualifying marks of congregations such as race, geography, size, age, and theological distinctives.  This project employed factor analysis to compare the independent variable of membership growth with the dependent variable of factors presumed to indicate church growth and church health.  The most significant factor difference between growing and declining churches was need-based programs.  The research affirms the significance of strictness and meaning for growth.
