The author reviewed current literature and conducted a survey of uninvolved young men. He concluded that preachers must examine their church setting, their church service, and themselves to identify and remove barriers to young men. They must also sharpen specific delivery skills and preach with credibility and conviction. It will begin by learning from biblical teaching and leadership archetypes as well as best practices among renewal movements.  A program for development of staff and supervisors is implemented: (1) national student leadership conference, (2) internship, (3) staff training in fundamentals, (4) regional staff training, (5) NVEST, (6) emerging leaders, and (7) MD training.
